The Historic Happy Cooker Restaurant (BYO) then off to see Santiago Ghost town by way of Argentine Pass OHV route. Links for restaurant and trails below.

Going to go Yankee Hill, but enter from Central City.

Tried for Brainard lake, however it was closed. Changed to Yankee going up Mary's Glacier side, smoked again. First 1/4 mile deep snow. Called it a day and went and got lunch in Idaho Springs.

Naked Jeep Christmas Parade

December 17th, 5 PM

Not to worry,

Naked is not required, just more fun.

Meet at Howie's at 5 pm, we will have some social time. 6 pm we will go drive around neighborhoods and see Christmas lights. 8 pm back at Howie's for prizes and more social time.

Coney Creek and Coney Flats Road

Back up Plan for closed trail:
Ganley Mountain Via Guanella Pass Scenic Byway 

Going to let things warm up a bit before taking off. Meet will start at 9 am and leave about 9:30am.

We will make a Breakfast/Coffee stop at the New Moon Bakery in Nederland before heading to the trail.

Coney Creek:

Length9.6 mi Elevation gain1,138 ft Route type Out & back

Experience this 9.6-mile out-and-back trail near Ward, Colorado. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 55 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking and off-road driving, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.

Ganley Mountain:

Length12.7 mi Elevation gain4,120 ft Route type Point to point

Discover this 12.7-mile point-to-point trail near Idaho Springs, Colorado. Generally considered an easy route. This is a popular trail for off-road driving and scenic driving, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are April through November.

Saturday, Nov 12th

Switzerland Trail and Sugar Loaf

Easy trail, Possible snow - but should still be good for most stock Jeeps

Meet at Howie's at 8 am for Breakfast, leave for trail by 8:30 am

Lunch at the Dark Horse in Boulder after the ride.

Switzerland:

Length48.4 mi Elevation gain6,263 ft Route type Loop

Head out on this 48.4-mile loop trail near Nederland, Colorado. Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This trail is great for birding and off-road driving, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring.

Sunday, October 15th

Gross Reservoir and Road 68J if time allows

Meet the Howie's 8 am for breakfast, Leave by 9 am

Gross Reservoir is an easy ride, more views and less wheeling, but if weathers bad should still be  good ride. If more skilled drivers are with us and want to do 68J after we will plan on it.

Check out this 5.2-mile out-and-back trail near Boulder, Colorado. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 32 min to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, camping, and hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.

68J:

Length3.0 mi Elevation gain380 ft Route type Point to point

Explore this 3.0-mile point-to-point trail near Boulder, Colorado. Generally considered a challenging route. This is a popular trail for off-road driving, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are April through October.

Trail - Loch Lomond

We will meet at Howie's for some social time and free breakfast before the ride at 8 am. Leave for the trail about 9 am. Head up I-70 to Empire, from their maneuver our way to Loch Lomond and check out the lake for a bit. After some fun, we will head back down to Empire for lunch at the Hard Rock Café of Empire. (self funded)

Medano Pass

May 20th and 21st

Topless Jeep Day May 20th

7 am meet at Howie's at 7 am for free breakfast, Hope will make Biscuits and Gravy, first come first basis

8:15 we will leave to meet up with the folks from Jeep Fight Club, Colorado Jeep Singles, Colorado 4x4 Girls, and NoCo Jeepers.

9 am at Church of the lookout in Longmont for an epic photo shoot with AMA Divine Photography.

10:30 leave for trail - Jumbo Mountain, Dakota hill, Elk Park OHV trail (All trails app)

3-4 pm try to make it back to Left Hand Brewing for finish up with the fundraiser and see who won what!

Meet at Howie's at 8 am, head to Co. Springs at 8:15.

First Stop Rudy's for breakfast brisket burritos!

They stop serving at 10:30 am - SO no dilly dally to be done today on the way to. From there we will head over to RAM and enjoy some fun.

Fees involved at RAM - $20 per Jeep and

a park waiver must be signed prior to arrival.

OPTION 2

IF RAM is not open...

Meet at Howie's 10 am, Leave for Black Hawk - by way of Golden Gate Canyon, Lunch at Dostal Alley, they have some really good pizza - and other things. Spend an hour maybe two at some tables - depending on those attending and head back down by way of 119/Hwy 6.

Sadly we have opted to Cancel the ride on the 22nd.

Meet at 3 PM for sign in, Ride will start at approx. 4 PM and go about 2 hours, should be back at Howie's before 7 PM for Prizes and Give Always.

Rules:

Jeep does not have to be Naked - but it is the "cool" part of the event - Pun intended!

​

Jeep must be drivable with decorations, we should not be going more then about 35-40 MPH in the higher speed areas to get to the local houses.
